THE STORY BEHIND THE INFAMOUS GIRLS CLUB “SOLO”

I once had an Academy called The Girls Club.

We practiced the art of full feminine expression.
These women were challenged to dance in packed restaurants while claiming their space. Watch the video see and feel what I mean.

Through this, they became unapologetically connected to their bodies, their sensuality, and unafraid to BE the stories they were embodying. It was just so inspiring.

One of my favourite things to do was to help them to cultivate their own SOLO. The solo was a compilation of everything that felt true to them in the moment.
No premeditated steps. It was genuine artistry.
They created with their environment.

It was a complete surrender to the flow, the music, the space and the people within it.

In the studio, we would practice expanding their limits of free expression. I would create real scenarios that called them to show up, and feel the edge of pressure while staying open, connected, and PRESENT with whatever outcom...

I have found that books have played a vital role in my spiritual awakening. It’s like seeing words for the first time that can finally give voice to a feeling or experience that was intangible up until that point.

Books have a beautiful way of expanding consciousness by providing you with EXAMPLES.
Painting a new landscape.
A spark to reignite your flame of inner-wisdom.
Reminding you of something your soul has always known.

So here I am sharing with you a list of books that I have read and experienced a deeper connection to the power of my feminine spirit.
