Spiral Dance: Shared Power is an embodiment-based relational experience. It is not therapy and not a clinical or trauma-healing program. By enrolling, you confirm that:

  • You are emotionally and physically resourced enough to participate in intimacy-forward, movement-based partner work.

  • You take full responsibility for your own emotional, mental, and physical well-being during and after each session.

  • You have access to outside therapeutic or professional support if needed.

  • You are not currently in acute trauma response or experiencing unprocessed PTSD that could be exacerbated by intimacy, touch, or relational movement practices.
