 There are no refunds for any reason.

2. Non-Transferable

Your enrollment is for you and you alone.
 It may not be transferred, gifted, or sold to anyone else.

3. Payment Plan Responsibility

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments — whether or not you finish or attend the program.
 Failure to fulfill payment obligations will result in your account being referred to a collections agency.

4. Media Consent + Usage Release

By enrolling in MAJESTY, you grant full permission for your image, voice, likeness, and recorded participation (photo and video) to be used for future promotional, educational, and commercial purposes related to the MAJESTY body of work.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • A professionally produced online course

  • Promotional and marketing materials

  • Social media content, trailers, or behind-the-scenes footage

This content may be used in perpetuity, worldwide, and across all forms of media.

In exchange for this media release, you are receiving a reduced Founder’s Rate.

5. Emotional + Physical Responsibility Waiver

MAJESTY is an immersive visibility + expression experience.
 It may bring up emotional material.

By enrolling, you agree that:
